Customisation limits
If every addition beyond what the platform offers goes onto the page as another script, the page gets heavier. On Shopify the theme code is entirely yours, and custom rules run server-side through Shopify Functions and apps.
A Shopify migration focused on protecting your products, customer data and SEO value. We read your Ticimax data through the API, redirect your old URLs with 301s and rebuild your payment, shipping and e-invoicing connections on Shopify.

When features are tied to your package tier, a new need often means changing package. On Shopify there are ready-made apps for email marketing, loyalty, reviews and reporting, and we build whatever isn't available off the shelf.
When you decide to go international, you shouldn't need a second migration. With Shopify Markets you sell to different countries from the same store, in each country's language and with market-specific prices.
Busy campaign days don't need separate server planning, and as you grow you move up a plan without changing platform. Because agencies and developers around the world know Shopify, you aren't tied to a single provider.
We go through every part of the migration up front, so there are no surprises.
| Data | Status | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Products, variants and images | Migrated | Read through Ticimax web services, together with descriptions and SEO data; colour and size options are adapted to Shopify's variant structure. |
| Categories | Migrated | Turned into collections on Shopify; if you wish, automated collections that fill themselves based on tag, product type or price conditions can be set up. |
| Customer records | Migrated | Transferred to Shopify via the API; after launch, your customers access their accounts with the same email address. |
| Customer passwords | Not migrated | Passwords can't be migrated from any platform, but there's no need: Shopify's new customer accounts don't use passwords, and your customers sign in with a one-time code sent to their email address. |
| Order history | Migrated | Migrated and linked to customer records; we decide together during the analysis which period to transfer. |
| Blog posts and pages | Migrated | Text and images are transferred along with page titles and meta descriptions. |
| Product reviews | Migrated | Migrated and matched to products using the import feature of the review app you use on Shopify. |
| Old URLs | Mapped with 301s | Shopify's URL structure is fixed; every old product, category and page URL is linked to its new equivalent with a permanent 301 redirect. |
| Theme and design | Rebuilt on Shopify | A Ticimax theme can't be moved to Shopify; your store is built either by adapting a ready-made theme or with a custom theme made for you. |
| Payment, shipping, e-invoicing, ERP and marketplace connections | Rebuilt on Shopify | Connected to the new store through ready-made apps or custom Shopify apps we build for you. |
At the end of each step you see what's ready, and we move on with your approval.
We review your Ticimax store, product structure, connected systems and the pages that bring you traffic. At the end of the analysis we share the scope and a clear timeline with you.
We map product, variant, category, customer and order fields to Shopify's structure, and gather the new equivalents of your old URLs in a single table.
We adapt a ready-made theme to your brand or code a custom theme for you. We set up payment, shipping, e-invoicing and other connections at this stage.
We read the data from Ticimax web services and write it to the new store with the Shopify Admin API. Because the transfer can be re-run, changes made up to launch day are carried over too.
We place orders like a real customer and test the payment, shipping and notification flow. We create the 301 redirects from the mapping table and verify them by re-crawling the list of old URLs.
We connect the domain and submit the sitemap to Search Console. After launch we monitor traffic, indexing and 404 reports and add any missing redirects.
A smooth migration from the Ticimax platform to Shopify was carried out. With a custom design, we now have a very good website. We thank them for their attentiveness. We recommend them.
The team listened carefully to our requests, came up with quick solutions where we needed them and kept communication strong throughout the process... I can wholeheartedly recommend them to brands looking for a professional and reliable solution partner on the Shopify side.
We plan the migration to keep ranking loss to a minimum. We list every URL that brings in traffic beforehand, redirect each one to its Shopify equivalent with a 301, and carry over page titles and meta descriptions. There may be short-term fluctuations while Google crawls the new URLs; we monitor this period closely with Search Console data.
No. The new store is built and tested while your Ticimax site is still live. The domain is only connected to Shopify once everything is ready, and we schedule launch day for a time when traffic is low.
For security reasons, passwords can't be migrated from any platform, but there's no need. Shopify's new customer accounts don't use passwords: when signing in, your customers enter their email address and access their account with the one-time code they receive. Because we migrate your customer records, they don't need to sign up again.
Yes. Shopify Payments isn't available to stores based in Türkiye, so we connect local payment providers such as iyzico or PayTR to your store. We set up shipping, e-invoicing and ERP connections with ready-made apps, and anything without a ready-made solution with custom Shopify apps we build for you.
Shopify doesn't come with built-in marketplace connections; they are set up through apps, integration software or custom development. At the start of the project we confirm which method will be used for each marketplace and how stock sync will work. If there's no suitable app, we build a custom integration that syncs products, stock and orders with Shopify.
It depends on the number of products and variants, the scope of the data to be moved, how far the design is customised and the number of integrations. We don't give a timeframe without reviewing your store; after the analysis stage we give you a clear timeline.
Discount codes and promotion rules are recreated in Shopify's discount structure. During the analysis we list your active coupon, membership and loyalty set-ups with you, and build their Shopify equivalents before launch.
We recommend not cancelling your subscription until the new store is live and has settled in, and all your data has been archived. You may need your old order records for a while longer for accounting and returns.
Tell us what you need in two steps; we'll review your store and come back to you with a tailored roadmap and quote.
