Pages that load slowly on mobile
As apps, tracking codes and large images pile up, the product page loads slowly on mobile and buttons are slow to respond to taps. Leftover code that uninstalled apps leave in the theme can add to this load.
We review your existing Shopify store for speed, SEO, tracking and the purchase steps, and use data to find where visitors drop off. Then we improve the theme code, apps, product pages and cart flow in order of priority, measuring the impact of every change as part of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
As apps, tracking codes and large images pile up, the product page loads slowly on mobile and buttons are slow to respond to taps. Leftover code that uninstalled apps leave in the theme can add to this load.
Collections with empty descriptions, product copy taken from the manufacturer, page titles left on their defaults and old URLs that return 404 errors limit your store's visibility in search engines.
If GA4, Meta and Google Ads conversions are under-counted or double-counted, campaign decisions rest on the wrong data. Code added the old way to the Thank you and Order status pages stops working as Shopify moves these pages to its new infrastructure.
If shipping times, return conditions, instalment options and customer reviews aren't visible on the product page, visitors leave without adding to cart or give up at checkout.
We monitor LCP, INP and CLS with real user data. We streamline Liquid code, defer non-critical scripts, load the main product image with priority and lazy-load images below the fold.
We look at what each app loads onto the storefront and what it contributes to sales. We remove the unnecessary ones, clean up the code left behind and, where needed, consolidate apps that do similar jobs into a single custom app.
We refine product and collection titles, meta descriptions, internal links and structured data. We check the sitemap and robots.txt, and redirect old URLs that return 404s with 301s.
We arrange product descriptions, images, variant selection, shipping and returns information, instalment options and reviews so that they're visible at the moment of decision, and we simplify the path from cart to checkout.
We set up GA4, Google Ads and Meta conversions through Shopify's Google & YouTube and Facebook & Instagram apps and customer events (web pixels), and verify that the numbers are consistent with each other.
Where possible, we measure changes with A/B tests. Each month we share what we changed, how each metric moved and the next priorities in a single report.
At the end of each step you see what's ready, and we move on with your approval.
With our store audit tool, we take a first snapshot of speed, SEO, tracking and trust signals, and go through the results with you.
Using Shopify Analytics, GA4 and Search Console data, we find which step visitors drop off at: the product page, the cart or checkout.
We rank the findings by expected impact and required effort, and agree with you on which work we'll do in which order.
We prepare and test theme changes on an unpublished copy of your live theme and publish them after your approval. That way your store keeps selling while the work is underway.
We compare before and after for every change using the same metrics, and share the results and next steps in a monthly report.
The team listened carefully to our requests, came up with quick solutions where we needed them and kept communication strong throughout the process... I can wholeheartedly recommend them to brands looking for a professional and reliable solution partner on the Shopify side.
After we decided to move to the Shopify platform for our new brand, the design process was very important to us. We spoke with many different companies, but it was the Booster team that created a design we were truly happy with, and even better than that. They were very attentive throughout the process, and we thank them once again for their efforts.

Rather than a single lab score, we look at Core Web Vitals data collected from real visitors: how long the page takes to show its main content (LCP), how quickly it responds to taps (INP) and how much it shifts while loading (CLS). We use testing tools such as Lighthouse to find the source of a problem.
The score isn't a goal in itself; the real aim is for actual visitors to experience a faster store. We avoid methods that fool testing tools without improving the user experience. We measure and report how each improvement affects which metric.
We don't promise a figure without reviewing your store; the outcome also depends on factors outside our control, such as the quality of your traffic, your product and price positioning, and competition. What we do promise is a transparent process: we measure and share what we change, why, and the result.
Usually not; improving the current theme's code, apps and page structure may be enough. If your theme is built on an older architecture, or the changes piled up on it make maintenance difficult, we recommend moving to an Online Store 2.0-compatible theme or a custom theme, and explain why.
On the technical side, we work on the sitemap, robots.txt, redirects, structured data and page speed; on the content side, product and collection copy, page titles, meta descriptions and internal links. We don't guarantee any particular ranking in search engines; we improve the factors that affect visibility and track the results with Search Console data.
Common causes of this gap are different attribution models, cookie consent choices, tags installed twice, or old code on post-purchase pages that no longer works. We audit your tracking setup end to end and rebuild conversions through Shopify's official apps and customer events.
We prepare and test theme changes on an unpublished copy of the theme; your live store keeps selling as usual in the meantime. Changes go live with your approval, at a time when traffic is low.
We work on a project basis for jobs with a defined scope, and monthly for ongoing improvement. We give you a price as a quote after the initial audit, based on what your store needs.
Tell us what you need in two steps; we'll review your store and come back to you with a tailored roadmap and quote.
