Data moved by hand
If orders are entered into the ERP one by one and stock and prices are updated with spreadsheets, every busy day means lost time and a risk of errors.
If your ERP, accounting software, e-invoicing integrator, shipping carrier or marketplace accounts don't talk to Shopify, your team ends up moving the same data by hand. We build these connections with the Shopify Admin API, webhooks and Shopify Functions, through apps we develop for your store alone.
If orders are entered into the ERP one by one and stock and prices are updated with spreadsheets, every busy day means lost time and a risk of errors.
When Shopify, the marketplaces and the warehouse show different stock levels, you may sell a product you don't have or hide one that could be sold.
If issuing invoices, creating shipments and sending tracking numbers to customers are done by hand, every step between order and delivery takes longer.
When a separate app is installed for every small need, monthly subscriptions, scripts loaded onto the storefront and conflicting rules pile up over time.
Integrations that exchange product, price, stock, customer account and order data with systems such as Logo, Mikro or Nebim, with you deciding which system is the primary source.
Turning orders into invoices through your integrator and writing the invoice details back to the Shopify order. We decide which order is invoiced when based on your business rules.
Automatic shipment creation from orders, barcode and label printing, and passing the tracking number to the order and the customer.
Integrations that manage the product, stock, price and order flow with marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada and n11 from one place.
Connections that sync customer records, marketing consents and order history with your CRM and keep your segments consistent across both systems.
Custom discount rules, showing shipping and payment methods based on conditions, and cart validation. Custom apps containing Functions only work on Shopify Plus, so on other plans we work with suitable ready-made apps.
At the end of each step you see what's ready, and we move on with your approval.
We review your systems, your teams' daily workflows and the API or web service capabilities of the other system. First we check whether a ready-made app or Shopify Flow can do the job.
We set out in writing which data moves in which direction, with which trigger and how often, and what happens when there's an error.
We build the app on the GraphQL Admin API and webhooks, with only the permissions it needs. We also add a reconciliation step that runs regularly to catch any missed notifications.
We test end to end in a development store with realistic data, without touching your live store.
We install the app on your live store and closely monitor the records and error logs in the first few days.
Shopify releases new API versions every quarter; we keep your app up to date with new versions and with changes in the other system.
A smooth migration from the Ticimax platform to Shopify was carried out. With a custom design, we now have a very good website. We thank them for their attentiveness. We recommend them.

It isn't always necessary. If there's an app that meets the need well and is kept up to date, we install and configure it. We move to a custom app when the ready-made options don't fit your workflow, when several apps working together cause problems, or when there's no connection at all for the system you use.
Not for most integrations; custom apps that work with the Admin API and webhooks can be used on plans other than Plus too. Some capabilities are exclusive to Plus, however: custom apps containing Shopify Functions and UI extensions added to the information, shipping and payment steps of checkout only work on Shopify Plus stores. We determine the right approach for your plan from the start.
In most cases yes, but the method depends on what the other system offers. We evaluate options such as web services, database access or regular file transfers together during the analysis; we don't start development until we've established which method is secure and sustainable.
The integration logic runs on the app's own server; the app talks to Shopify through the Admin API and also receives webhook notifications on the server. So no extra script running in the visitor's browser is added to the storefront for an ERP, shipping or e-invoicing connection.
The app runs with only the permissions it needs. At the start of the project we decide together which data will be kept on the app side, where it will be hosted and how long it will be retained, taking your KVKK (Turkish personal data protection law) obligations into account.
No. Shopify Flow is a free Shopify app that lets you set up automations based on events in your store; we set up simple rules with Flow. Integrations that talk to more than one system and require error handling and reconciliation are what we solve with a custom app. We also take into account that some Flow features vary by plan.
Shopify releases its API in versions and supports each version for a set period; calls that are being deprecated are announced in advance. As part of maintenance, we keep your app up to date with new versions and with changes in the other system.
Time and cost depend on the number of systems to be connected, the API capabilities of the other system and the complexity of your business rules. After the needs analysis we set out the scope in writing and send you a quote; after launch, we can continue maintenance as monthly support.
Tell us what you need in two steps; we'll review your store and come back to you with a tailored roadmap and quote.
