Boosterwizard; offers digital design, software development, brand consultancy and related services. All deliveries are prepared in line with the scope of the project determined by the contract.
2. User Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to provide the necessary information and materials regarding the project completely and accurately. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all transactions made under your account.
3. Payments
All payments are made according to the terms specified in the contract. Delayed payments may result in disruptions to project deliveries or additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.
4. Intellectual Property
• All outputs of the project are transferred to the customer after payment is completed. • Boosterwizard reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise stated.
5. Prohibited Uses
Users cannot:
• Using the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes • Copying, distributing or modifying Boosterwizard content without permission
6. Limits of Liability
Boosterwizard cannot be held responsible for:
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages • Third party interference with deliveries or user errors
7. Termination of Service
If the user does not comply with these terms, we reserve the right to terminate the service. In case of termination, all unpaid fees will continue to be collected.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
