OFFICIAL SHOPIFY PARTNER · PLATFORM MIGRATION

Move from T-Soft to Shopify,
along with your payment, shipping and marketplace connections.

Setting up Shopify equivalents for the payment, shipping, e-invoicing and marketplace connections that T-Soft offers under one roof is the most critical part of the migration, so that's where our planning starts. We read your product, customer and order data through T-Soft's Admin API, adapt it to Shopify and link your old URLs to the new pages with 301s.

WHY SHOPIFY?

When you want to move
beyond an off-the-shelf package.

Custom rules on the server side

Your discount, shipping and payment method rules run on Shopify's own infrastructure with Shopify Functions, while ERP and shipping integrations are built with apps that run on a server. You don't need to load extra scripts onto your storefront for every new need.

An ecosystem instead of modules

T-Soft's subscription, loyalty and affiliate modules offer a good starting point. On the Shopify App Store, you choose from a large number of apps with different approaches for each need, and we build anything that isn't available off the shelf specifically for you.

An international ecosystem

You can sell abroad with T-Soft too; what sets Shopify apart is its worldwide ecosystem of themes, apps and partners. With Shopify Markets you sell to different countries from a single store, in the local language and with market-specific prices.

Infrastructure that doesn't depend on your plan

Hosting, SSL and heavy traffic on campaign days are handled by Shopify's infrastructure on every plan. As your store grows, you don't need a separate server solution; you simply choose the plan that suits you.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A MIGRATION

What moves, what doesn't,
and what gets rebuilt?

We go through every part of the migration up front, so there are no surprises.

DataStatusDetails
Products, variants and imagesMigratedRead through T-Soft's Admin API along with descriptions and SEO information; variant groups are adapted to Shopify's option and variant structure.
Categories and brandsMigratedThe category tree becomes Shopify collections and the store menu; brands are transferred to the products' vendor field, and brand collections can be set up if you wish.
Customer records and groupsMigratedTransferred along with address details; customer groups are handled with tags and segments on Shopify. After launch, your customers access their accounts with the same email address.
Customer passwordsNot migratedPasswords can't be migrated from any platform, but there's no need: Shopify's new customer accounts don't use passwords, and your customers sign in with a one-time code sent to their email address.
Order historyMigratedMigrated with their statuses and notes, linked to customer records; we decide together during the analysis which period to transfer.
Product reviewsMigratedRead via the API and imported into the review app you'll use on Shopify, matched to products.
Blog posts and content pagesMigratedText and images are transferred into Shopify's page and blog structure, together with page titles and meta descriptions.
Dealer (B2B) setupRebuilt on ShopifySet up with Shopify's built-in B2B features (company profiles, catalogues, payment terms) or with apps; some features, such as unlimited catalogues, are only available on Shopify Plus.
Old URLsMapped with 301sProduct, category and page URLs on T-Soft don't fit Shopify's fixed /products/, /collections/ and /pages/ structure; each one is linked to its new equivalent with a permanent 301 redirect.
Theme and designRebuilt on ShopifyA T-Soft theme doesn't work on Shopify; your store is built on Shopify's Liquid-based theme architecture, by customising a ready-made theme or with a custom theme made for you.
Payment, shipping, e-invoicing, ERP and marketplace connectionsRebuilt on ShopifyFor every connection that comes built into T-Soft, an equivalent is chosen on Shopify: a ready-made app or a custom app we develop with the Admin API and webhooks.
PROCESS

A step-by-step,
transparent migration.

At the end of each step you see what's ready, and we move on with your approval.

  1. 01Analysis and inventory

We review your T-Soft store, the modules you use such as subscriptions, loyalty and dealers, your connected systems and the pages that bring you traffic. We share the scope and a clear timeline with you after the analysis.

  2. 02Connection map

We list every payment, shipping, e-invoicing, ERP and marketplace connection you use on T-Soft and determine its Shopify equivalent. Time-consuming steps, such as the payment provider application, are started at this stage.

  3. 03Reading data via API

We connect to T-Soft's Admin API with read-only permissions. Before writing product, variant, customer, order and review data to Shopify, we sort through it and clean up duplicate and incomplete records.

  4. 04Design and set-up

We build your store by customising a ready-made theme or with a custom theme made for you, and configure the apps in the connection map. For connections with no ready-made equivalent, we develop the custom app at this stage.

  5. 05Transfer, testing and 301s

We write the data through the Shopify Admin API and test the payment, shipping, invoicing and notification flow end to end with real orders. We link old URLs to the new pages with 301s, using the mapping table.

  6. 06Launch and monitoring

We connect the domain, submit the sitemap to Search Console and schedule an email to your customers explaining the new sign-in method. After launch we closely monitor the order, invoicing and shipping flow, along with traffic and 404 reports.

A smooth migration from the Ticimax platform to Shopify was carried out. With a custom design, we now have a very good website. We thank them for their attentiveness. We recommend them.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions
on your mind.

Are there Shopify equivalents for the payment, shipping and e-invoicing connections that come built into T-Soft?+

Yes, but on Shopify they don't come ready-made in a single panel; we take care of the setup. Shopify Payments isn't available to stores based in Türkiye, so we connect local payment providers such as iyzico or PayTR and choose suitable apps for shipping and e-invoicing. For processes with no ready-made solution, we build a custom Shopify app for you.

What happens to my marketplace and ERP integrations?+

Before the migration, we list one by one the marketplace and ERP connections you manage through T-Soft. Shopify has no built-in connection for marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada and n11; these connections are set up through third-party apps or custom integrations. At the start of the project we agree on which system will manage stock and in which direction the data will flow.

Will my search traffic drop when I move from T-Soft to Shopify?+

The aim is to avoid any lasting loss and keep any fluctuation short. Because Shopify's URL structure is fixed, your URLs will change; we list every URL that brings in traffic beforehand, redirect each one to its new equivalent with a 301 and carry over page titles and meta descriptions. After launch we monitor Search Console data closely.

Can I continue my dealer (B2B) sales on Shopify?+

Yes. Shopify's B2B features now offer company profiles, a limited number of catalogues, payment terms and quantity-based pricing on plans other than Plus as well; features such as unlimited catalogues and assigning a catalogue directly to a company remain exclusive to Shopify Plus. Depending on the size of your dealer network, we choose the right plan and, if needed, a complementary app together.

Will my customers have to sign up again?+

No. Your customer records are migrated, and Shopify's new customer accounts don't use passwords; when signing in, your customers enter their email address and access their account with the one-time code they receive. So the fact that old passwords can't be migrated isn't a problem.

Have you migrated stores from T-Soft to Shopify before?+

Our portfolio includes stores we moved to Shopify from Ticimax, ikas and WooCommerce. We follow the same method for a T-Soft migration: we read the data from the source platform's API, write it to the new store through the Shopify Admin API and check every step with mapping tables. We go through modules and connections specific to T-Soft with you one by one during the analysis stage.

How long does a T-Soft to Shopify migration take?+

It depends on the number of products and variants, the scope of the data to be moved, how far the design is customised and the number of connections to be rebuilt. We don't give a timeframe without reviewing your store; after the analysis stage we give you a clear timeline.

When should I cancel my T-Soft subscription?+

We recommend not ending your subscription until the new store is live and has settled in and your data has been archived. You should also work out in advance how you'll access the archive of invoices created in the T-Soft panel and how you'll continue with your e-invoicing integrator.
