Tcherchi wanted to showcase the products it offers in many categories such as electronics, home and living, mother and baby, sports and outdoor, with a strong showcase in its online store. In the first step of the journey, we designed an intuitive shopping experience by taking advantage of the solid foundations of the Ticimax infrastructure. Detailed filters, quick product comparison options and dynamic search suggestions shorten the user journey. Cart completion rate increased significantly. Search engine ads, social media content and automated email flows merged under a single strategy. Performance reports and campaign management panel provided instant insight to the Tcherchi team, making it easier for them to make quick decisions. The management panel we launched at the end of the project made adding new products, campaign planning and customer communication effortless for the team. Tcherchi now continues its mission of safe and enjoyable shopping with the same energy in the digital showcase.
