The starting point
Deep Flex is a new brand that set out with a product range of massage devices, grounding mats and spa & bath products. Everything, from the brand's logo to its e-commerce platform, had to be built from scratch. The aim was to present the products not as a conventional catalogue but through everyday rituals at home, use cases and product stories, and to introduce a lesser-known category such as grounding in a way that is easy to understand.
What we did
We created Deep Flex's logo and brand identity.
We designed and coded a custom Shopify theme from scratch with a focus on UX/UI, using a visual language in calm, natural tones.
We built the home page around the idea of "Feeling good, at home", through everyday moments such as a massage break, foot comfort, the desk corner and the bath ritual.
We built the product pages with story-driven sections such as who the product is for, the areas it can be used on, massage modes, step-by-step instructions and a comparison table.
With the "What Is Grounding?" guide and a blog section, we brought content and shopping together in a single experience.
We completed the payment, shipping and e-invoicing setup.
We took on the brand's social media and ad management.

After we decided to move to the Shopify platform for our new brand, the design process was very important to us. We spoke with many different companies, but it was the Booster team that created a design we were truly happy with, and even better than that. Deep Flex is a new brand that brings massage devices, grounding products and spa & bath products together with everyday rituals at home. At Booster Wizard, we brought Deep Flex to life on Shopify from scratch and ran the whole process together with the brand, from the logo and brand identity to the custom theme, and from the payment and shipping setup to social media and ad management.
A Storefront Built Around Rituals, Not a Catalogue
Instead of listing the products the way a conventional catalogue would, we designed a content-led storefront around the idea of “Feeling good, at home”. On the home page, different moments of the day, such as a massage break, foot comfort, the desk corner and the bath ritual, lead into the Massage, Grounding and Spa & Bath categories.
Presenting the Product Through Use Cases
We set up each product page as a space for storytelling: the Neck and Shoulder Massager page covers who the product is for, the areas it can be used on, its massage modes, a three-step guide to using it and a comparison table. The “What Is Grounding?” guide, meanwhile, explains the concept of grounding in plain language. We supported this structure with a custom Shopify theme that we designed and coded with a focus on UX/UI, and with the completed payment, shipping and e-invoicing setup.
As a result, Deep Flex reached its customers with a content-led Shopify store that turns the brand's concept into a complete digital shopping experience.
